"DINOSAUR" BRICK SETTING
MACHINE
One of Basic’s longest operating machines in the brick
industry today. The "Dinosaur" is capable of production rates up to
40,000 bricks per hour due to the smooth slow movements of this
gentle giant. We include air bag side grip pick-up heads for face
set, stack set, and flat set options, each handled at maximum
production. The machine features a push-thru or push-up style of
cutting brick. Roll edge texturing can be placed before or after
cutting. The "Dinosaur" operates primarily off an electric drive on
an overhead carriage and puller bar. Most functions of this unit are
encoder controlled, which reduces limit switch adjustments. The PLC
controllers are customer’s choice. A must see type of
equipment.
