ARCH and CORNER MACHINE
You’ll cut more than
corners and arches with one of Basic Machinery’s greatest
innovations. You’ll cut costs also, by eliminating expensive hand
labor on splits, pavers, step-corners and arches. This machine
enables you to develop and stock standard arches and corners for
immediate delivery and maximum profitability. What’s more, this
machine is self-contained and portable, with pre-assembled tooling
for arches and step-corners included. The step-corner tooling is
adjustable, with grooving tools for false mortar joints and cutter
wires for straight and diagonal cuts. For maximum production, it
cuts two corners (four pieces) per cycle. The arch assembly has
platen table, adjustable wire holders, slides, and wire springs for
making rights and lefts of an arch for an infinite length.
