Our engineering department will design a system to suit
your production requirements. We furnish tilted as well as vertical
jig boxes with wear plate liners. Special features include a
hydraulic 90 degree push-off and an operator interface control panel
that allows the recall of all strap positions with the simple touch
from the menu selection. Basic Machinery Company created this
monorail with longevity in mind.

90 DEGREE BRICK CUBE TRANSFER
A must have machine for
almost every strapping application. This unit has a hydraulic pusher
for control and smooth transition of the cube transfer. The powered
rollers are hardened to increase longevity. This system does not use
lifting bars or lifting skate rollers that can damage the strapped
cube.

CROSS STRAPPER – STRAPPING STATION
Complete with a heavy
duty automatic strapping head including mounting frame and carriage.
The floating head tensioning system ensures equalized strap tension
around the entire package. Assembly includes strap chute, strap
dispenser, pneumatic and electric controls. Packaging dimensions:
