PULV-O-PACTOR TWIN ROTOR IMPACT HAMMERMILL
A durable piece of

capacities ranging from 60 to 130 tons per hour, the Pulv-O-Pactor
delivers higher productivity at a lower cost per ton.
Standard features
include:
- Hydraulic covers
are standard on all units. Access to the serviceable parts is
quick and easy keeping downtime to a minimum.
- Breaker bars are
accessed via slides from one side of the machine requiring only
one person to service the breaker bars.
- Double faced wear
tips mean twice the life of conventional wear tips.
- Felt grease seals
help control contaminants inside the plant.
- Hammer tips are
designed to easily slip on and off. The machine stays running
longer resulting in higher efficiency.
- Replaceable steel
tires protect each rotor disk. This extends wear life of internal
components, significantly reducing downtime and lowering
maintenance costs.
- Closed cover
safety interlocks are provided on each machine to assure the
machine is not operated with the covers open.
