"OLD STONE FACE" – ROCK FACING MACHINE
"Old Stone Face" is
constructed of a heavy duty fabricated frame. The entrance and exit
conveyors are gravity fed to ensure a continuous material flow. The
rubber hold down rollers are spring loaded and adjustable. Easy
adjustments enable you to handle a variety of brick sizes. Complete
with dual rotary heads featuring carbide tip hammers. We also
furnish a header end chipping head feature as an option.

KILN CAR WHEELS &
AXLES, KILN CAR SKIRTING
We fabricate kiln cars of all
sizes based on customer specifications. Our kiln car wheels are cast
steel with machined threads and hardened deep to BHN 450. Wheels
assembled with Timken bearings and steel alloy shafts. The wheels
are available in 10" and 12" diameter. Skirting can be welded or
bolted on.
