TWIN SCREW PUGMILL PELLETIZER
An excellent mixing and
kneading machine for good homogenous pre-mixing; complete with 28
percent chrome cast augers. Our design application utilizes screen
plates to filter out roots and rocks. This unit includes a hydraulic
side shaft for screen plate cleaning. Standard screen plate is
manufactured with one inch (1") diameter holes, although other sizes
are available. Drive system features a 150 HP motor providing a
25-RPM auger speed for a capacity of 40 to 60 tons per hour.

RIBBON BLENDER
The Basic Machinery
Company Ribbon Blender is available in many different sizes and
capacities. This unit has replaceable tub liners, abrasion resistant
steel ribbon faces, and variable speed control. The blender can also
be furnished with different pitch ribbons for product retention or
fast throughput. Platform, stairs, or walkway can be supplied as an
option. This compact unit comes totally assembled and tested.

TWIN SHAFT MIXER
An original Basic
Machinery Company application for the pre-conditioning of material
prior to extrusion or molding. Featuring a 3/16" thick rolled steel
tub suitably reinforced. Six inch diameter pug shafts are machined
(turned) down to handle 4-15/16" bearings. Water system piped and
includes spray nozzles for adding moisture.

PUGMILL FEEDER/MIXER
Created for wet, sticky,
hard to feed material, this type pugmill is equipped with variable
pitch knives for adjustable retention time and can be located under
a dump hopper as a chopper/feeder. You also have the option of using
this unit as a pre-conditioning pugmill (homogenizer) or as a mixer
for blending multiple materials. Supported by heavy steel structural
legs and feeder frame. Options include a service access platform and
a variable speed drive.
