MODEL 95 – 110 DOUBLE DECK SCREEN
The drive mechanism consists
of two 110mm main bearings and two 95mm eccentric bearings with the
same type lubrication in each. The v-belt drive consists of machine
and motor sheaves with a suitable bushing for the motor. V-belts,
belt guard, and motor base mounted directly to main frame. Unit
includes a 10HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, NEMA B design, T-Frame motor. The
corner support bracket is bolted to decks and side plates at a
20-degree setting. Options include a ball tray deck with rubber
balls, screen cloth heating system with 30 KVA transformer,
insulation and 3,000 amp bus bar system. Various sizes and multiple
decks are available.
